Air fryer Chicken Tenders (No Breading)

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400° F. Add chicken and olive oil to a large bowl (or 1 gallon plastic bag). Massage chicken and set aside.
  • In a small bowl whisk garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Once all of the dry ingredients are mixed together, combine them with chicken.
  • Place chicken tenders in air fryer. Make sure they are evenly spaced and not touching each other. This will make sure they cook evenly.
  • Cook the chicken at 400° F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. They will be golden on the outside when finished.
  • Remove chicken tenders from air fryer and allow them to sit for 1-2 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
