Greek Yogurt Queso
This Greek yogurt queso is low calorie and high protein! The best part is, it only takes around 5 minutes to make. You can enjoy this queso with chips, or use it as a dipping sauce for chicken.

- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt Fage 0%
- 1/2 cup low fat cheese 4 cheese Mexican blend
- 1 tsp reduced sodium taco seasoning
Melt cheese in a small pan on low heat. Make sure to periodically stir the cheese around so it doesn't stick to your pan.
Once the cheese is fully melted, add in your Greek yogurt. Stir this mixture around until everything is combined together.
Pour in the taco seasoning and stir one last time. The queso will begin to thicken, so make sure to serve while it's still warm.
