Greek Yogurt Queso

This Greek yogurt queso is low calorie and high protein! The best part is, it only takes around 5 minutes to make. You can enjoy this queso with chips, or use it as a dipping sauce for chicken.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt Fage 0%
  • 1/2 cup low fat cheese 4 cheese Mexican blend
  • 1 tsp reduced sodium taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Melt cheese in a small pan on low heat. Make sure to periodically stir the cheese around so it doesn't stick to your pan.
  • Once the cheese is fully melted, add in your Greek yogurt. Stir this mixture around until everything is combined together.
  • Pour in the taco seasoning and stir one last time. The queso will begin to thicken, so make sure to serve while it's still warm.
