Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough

This Greek yogurt cookie dough is sweet and creamy! It's not only packed with protein, but it takes just a few minutes to make and it's the perfect macro-friendly snack!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt Fage 0%
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and powdered peanut butter in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until no clumps remain.
  • Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture. Serve immediately, or place cookie dough in the refrigerator.
  • This Greek yogurt cookie dough will stay fresh in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
