1/2cuprolled oats (40 grams)
1/2cupreduced fat milk (120 ml)
1/2cupGreek yogurt (113 grams)
1/2scoopvanilla or cinnamon protein powder
1/4tspvanilla extract
1/4tspcinnamon

Instructions
Place oats, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mason jar. Stir ingredients around before sealing the lid.
Allow the oats sit in the refrigerator overnight so they can soften. The longer your oats are in the fridge, the creamier they will be.
Remove oats from the refrigerator and stir once more. Top off your overnight oats with crushed Biscoff cookies.
