Equipment

  • mason jar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (40 grams)
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk (120 ml)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (113 grams)
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Lotus Biscoff Cookies

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mason jar. Stir ingredients around before sealing the lid.
  • Allow the oats sit in the refrigerator overnight so they can soften. The longer your oats are in the fridge, the creamier they will be.
  • Remove oats from the refrigerator and stir once more. Top off your overnight oats with crushed Biscoff cookies.

Notes

Make sure to add crushed Biscoff cookies before eating. They will become soggy when mixed in with the other ingredients for too long.
