Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

These air fryer breakfast potatoes are crispy, warm, and packed with flavor. Combine them with a side of eggs to make for a hearty and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Rinse potatoes under cold water. Pat dry and use a peeler to remove the skin.
  • Slice the potatoes into 1 inch squares. Larger cubes will take longer to cook and smaller cubes will cook too fast.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with a spoon until all of the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Add potatoes to your air fryer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook potatoes for 15 minutes at 400° F (flip halfway through).
  • Remove breakfast potatoes from air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make sure to avoid overcrowding the breakfast potatoes in your air fryer. Allowing enough space will help them cook evenly and faster.
