Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Rinse potatoes under cold water. Pat dry and use a peeler to remove the skin.
Slice the potatoes into 1 inch squares. Larger cubes will take longer to cook and smaller cubes will cook too fast.
Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with a spoon until all of the potatoes are evenly coated.
Add potatoes to your air fryer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook potatoes for 15 minutes at 400° F (flip halfway through).
Remove breakfast potatoes from air fryer and serve immediately.
