Ingredients
1largetortilla
28gramsfat free cheddar cheese
1egg
9tbspegg whites
2slicesturkey bacon
1/5cupplain Greek yogurt1/4 serving
1-2tsphot sauce or Buffalo sauce
sliced green onionsto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on a pan and spray it with cooking spray.
Place two slices of turkey bacon on the foil and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While bacon is cooking, preheat a pan on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and mix egg whites and whole egg. Scramble until eggs are fully cooked.
In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt and hot sauce, or Buffalo sauce. Stir thoroughly until the sauce is mixed together.
Place your tortilla down on a flat surface and spread sauce over the middle portion with a spoon. Add scrambled eggs, cheese, crushed turkey bacon, and sliced green onions. Enjoy immediately.
