  • 28 grams fat free cheddar cheese

Notes: I was able to keep this high protein breakfast burrito under 500 calories, even with a higher carb tortilla. You can use whatever kind of tortilla you like, but a larger one makes wrapping easier.

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 375° F. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on a pan and spray it with cooking spray. Place two slices of turkey bacon on the foil and cook for 8-10 minutes (flipping halfway through).

While your turkey bacon is cooking, preheat a pan on medium heat. Spray the pan with cooking spray and combine the egg whites and whole egg. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.

In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt and hot sauce, or Buffalo sauce. Stir thoroughly until the sauce is mixed together. Now it’s time to assemble the burrito.

Place your tortilla down on a flat surface and spread sauce over the middle portion with a spoon. Add scrambled eggs, cheese, crushed turkey bacon, and sliced green onions. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
