Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2 scoop unflavored casein protein
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sprinkles

Instructions

  • Combine protein, coconut flour, sweetener, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients around with a spatula until your cookie dough is formed.
  • Before transferring the mixture to your counter, sprinkle a pinch of coconut flour on the surface.
  • Now you can shape the cookie. This step requires some patience, but it's easier to form the cookie when your hands are slightly wet.
  • When finished, feel free to eat the cookie, or place it in the fridge for 10-20 minutes so it can settle.
