High Protein Egg White Bites

These high protein egg white bites are loaded with flavor! The best part is, they're super customizable. Add your favorite veggies and other toppings for a quick meal prep breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg whites
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 28 grams
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 28 grams
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Slice onion and pepper into small pieces. Then pour 2 cups of egg whites into a large measuring bowl and add garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the chopped veggies to your muffin tray and pour egg whites over the veggies. Make sure the liquid is evenly spaced and avoid overfilling each tray.
  • Top off with cheese and cook for 20 minutes. If the egg white bites jiggle after this amount of time, cook them for a few extra minutes.
