These macro-friendly chicken nuggets are a great alternative to the fast food version. Each nugget has almost 5 grams of protein and only 30 calories!

Ingredients
1lbs98% fat-free ground chicken breast
2tspyellow mustard
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tsponion powder
1/4cupflour
1tbspcornstarch
1egg
saltto taste
pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F or 220° C. Add ground chicken, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients, then place the nuggets on a large baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking oil to prevent them from sticking.
Add flour and cornstarch to a bowl for the dry coating. In another bowl, add the egg and mix. Place each chicken nugget in the egg before coating it with the dry mixture.
Once the chicken nuggets are fully coated, cook them for 16-18 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165° F (or 75°C). Allow the chicken nuggets to cool and enjoy!

You can get creative when it comes to dipping sauces. BBQ sauce and fry sauce (ketchup and mayonnaise) are my favorites.
