I get it. Losing weight is hard. We live in a society where junk food surrounds us 24/7. After a long day at work, drive-through fast food is a quick dinner, and potato chips are cheaper than salad.

It’s easy to fall into a bad health routine. I’ve been there myself.

Getting to the gym was never a problem for me, because I enjoyed lifting weights as a form of stress relief. The part where I always stumbled was nutrition.

Maybe you’ve heard the saying before, and it’s true: you can’t outwork a bad diet…I certainly tried.

In college, I developed some poor eating habits that continued into my twenties. But as most millennials will tell you, turning 30 came out of nowhere and punched me directly in the face.

I quickly realized that I needed a change. So, I consumed everything I could about nutrition and learned that diets don’t have to suck.
