This homemade Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino is the perfect fall treat. The best part is, with less than 200 calories, it’s much healthier compared to the Starbucks version.

Don’t get me wrong – I’m a big fan of Starbucks. There’s always something new you can find on their endless list of beverages. And who doesn’t love a classic Frappuccino?

The problem is that these drinks are loaded with sugar and calories. A grande size (medium) comes in at a staggering 420 calories!

That’s why I came up with this homemade Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. It’s not only a healthier recipe, but it tastes delicious and will cost you less money to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup cold coffee
  • 1/2 cup Fairlife Vanilla Core Power
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia
  • 1/2 scoop Ghost Cinnabon protein
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Optional toppings: Whipped cream and ground cinnamon

This homemade Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino can be made in just a few minutes. Scroll down to the recipe card for more detailed instructions. Here’s an overview of the general steps:

Brew a pot of coffee and place 1/4 cup in the refrigerator to cool down. You can also use cold brew coffee, or pre-made refrigerated coffee from the store.

Once the coffee has cooled down, combine yogurt, pumpkin, coffee, vanilla protein shake, pumpkin spice, Stevia, Cinnabon protein, xanthan gum, and ice cubes into a blender.

Then blend this mixture on high for 45 seconds to a minute. Pour in a large glass, before adding whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
