High Protein Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 6 tbsp egg whites
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 oz water

Instructions

  • Place egg whites, frozen berries and water into blender.
  • Then add peanut butter, oatmeal and protein powder.
  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, or until desired consistency.

Notes

Serve and drink immediately, or store the smoothie in a insulated water bottle.
