Protein Banana Bread

- 2 large bananas (300 grams)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop unflavored whey protein (33 grams)
- 1 scoop unflavored casein protein (30 grams)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place a sheet of parchment paper in a loaf pan and set aside.
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Then whisk in eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
Gently add all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, whey protein, and casein protein.
Pour mixture into the loaf pan and place it in the oven for 40 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove the protein banana bread from oven and allow it to cool, before slicing.
To store: Leftovers will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 5-6 days (covered).
To freeze: Place each banana bread slice in a plastic sandwich bag and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
