Homemade Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
This homemade Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino is the perfect fall treat. The best part is, with less than 200 calories, it's much healthier compared to the Starbucks version.

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt Fage 0%
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin
- 1/4 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein shake Fairlife Vanilla Core Power
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp Stevia
- 1/2 scoop Cinnabon protein powder Ghost
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum optional
- 4-5 ice cubes
Brew a pot of coffee and place 1/4 cup in the refrigerator to cool down.
Combine yogurt, pumpkin, coffee, vanilla protein shake, pumpkin spice, Stevia, Cinnabon protein, xanthan gum, and ice cubes into a blender.
Blend on high for 45 seconds to a minute. Pour in a large glass, before adding whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
- Keep in mind, using xanthan gum is optional. This ingredient isn't required, but it can help thicken up the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and make the consistency less runny.
- The Fairlife Vanilla Core Power and Ghost Cinnabon Protein powder help add flavor to this recipe. Using other brands will ultimately change the overall taste of this Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.
