Chocolate Microwave Protein Brownie
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 75 grams plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ounce egg whites
Peanut Butter Microwave Protein Brownie
- 1/2 scoop peanut butter protein powder
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 2 tsp sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 75 grams plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ounce egg whites
Add protein powder, cocoa powder (or powdered peanut butter for the peanut butter brownies), sweetener, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients together until no clumps remain. Then add Greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Omit the vanilla for the peanut butter brownies.
Stir everything around with a spatula and transfer the batter to a microwave safe dish sprayed with non-stick cooking oil.
Microwave on high for 20 second intervals, until the brownie reaches your desired consistency. This usually takes around 60 seconds, depending on your microwave.
