Microwave Protein Brownie (2 Flavors)

This microwave protein brownie is packed with around 25 grams of protein! All you need is a handful of ingredients and about 60 seconds to make this easy treat or post-workout snack!

Ingredients

Chocolate Microwave Protein Brownie

  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ounce egg whites

Peanut Butter Microwave Protein Brownie

  • 1/2 scoop peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ounce egg whites

Instructions

  • Add protein powder, cocoa powder (or powdered peanut butter for the peanut butter brownies), sweetener, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix ingredients together until no clumps remain. Then add Greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Omit the vanilla for the peanut butter brownies.
  • Stir everything around with a spatula and transfer the batter to a microwave safe dish sprayed with non-stick cooking oil.
  • Microwave on high for 20 second intervals, until the brownie reaches your desired consistency. This usually takes around 60 seconds, depending on your microwave.
