Start off by preheating your air fryer to 350° F. Take one large flour tortilla and put it on a flat surface. Take your shredded cheese and cover half of the tortilla shell.

Fold the side that doesn’t have any cheese, over the side with cheese. Then transfer the uncooked quesadilla into your air fryer.

Air fry the quesadilla for 6-8 minutes, or until the outside reaches your desired crispiness. Don’t forget to flip halfway through, to allow the quesadilla to cook evenly.

When finished, remove the quesadilla from the air fryer and cut it into triangle shapes. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, Greek yogurt, salsa, green onions, cilantro, and fresh lime.
